This information explains what cookies are, which cookies are used by the website www.sinevabeach.com, operated by SARNITE – SINEVA BEACH JSC, UIC 202745490, and how you can manage your choices.
This information is a translation of the Bulgarian original. In the event of any discrepancy between the language versions, the Bulgarian version shall prevail.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device (computer, tablet, smartphone) when you visit a website. They allow the site to “remember” your actions and preferences for a period of time – for example your chosen language, the contents of a reservation, or your logged-in status. Alongside cookies, similar technologies are used – local storage, scripts and web beacons (pixel tags) – which in this document are referred to collectively as “cookies”.
2. Categories of cookies we use
2.1 Strictly necessary (technical) cookies
These are required for the website to function properly and to provide the service you have expressly requested – operation of the reservation form, retention of the dates and room you have selected, session security, remembering your chosen language and your cookie preferences. These cookies are placed without your consent, as the website cannot function without them. They are not used for advertising.
2.2 Functional cookies
These allow your preferences to be remembered and make the website easier to use (e.g. language version, data entered in forms, support chat).
2.3 Analytical (statistical) cookies
These help us understand how visitors use the website – which pages are visited, how long people stay, where they come from – so that we can improve the content and operation of the site. They are placed only with your consent.
2.4 Marketing and third-party cookies
These are used to display relevant advertising and to measure its effectiveness, including by social networks and advertising platforms. They are placed only with your consent.
Payments. When paying by bank card you are redirected to the secure page of the servicing bank. Cookies of the bank are used there, necessary for the security of the transaction and for 3-D Secure authentication. These cookies are placed by the bank and not by the hotel, and are governed by the bank’s own privacy policy.

4. How to manage your consent
- On your first visit to the website a cookie banner is displayed, through which you can accept all cookies, reject all non-essential cookies, or choose “Settings” and allow only particular categories.
- You may change or withdraw your consent at any time via the “Cookie settings” link available in the footer of the website, or by deleting the cookies from your browser.
- Refusing analytical and marketing cookies does not restrict your ability to browse the website and make reservations.

5. Cookies and personal data
Some cookies may contain data regarded as personal data (e.g. IP address, device identifier). Their processing is governed by our Privacy Policy. The legal basis for strictly necessary cookies is our legitimate interest and the provision of the service you have requested, and for all other cookies it is your express consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with Art. 4a of the Bulgarian Electronic Commerce Act).
